I'm such a bum. But an ARTY bum :D

I love being lazy. Nothing can compare to sitting at the computer with my earl grey, music, sketchbook and photoshop and letting the weekend just overwhelm me :D. Of course, doing nothing means that I don't really have anything to say either, so, art!

Oh, neat! I like this, especially the colored version. Poor Sevvie.

It sounds like you're having a good weekend. =) I wish I didn't have to leave the house. It's raining buckets outside, but I have to go to my writing group.

Yep, my weekend will be fine just so long as I can look out of the window at the SNOW and WIND and GRAY and not actually experience it :D.

Writing group! Fun! Other people have such productive lives...

Heehee...I love it when the art takes over, and you just can't stop, even though you really should.

Ugh. Snow and gray...though, I'd take that over buckets of rain hitting my windshield. I was so happy when the boy and I got home safe late last night...I was seriously expecting to find my two cats packing and looking on the internet for the nearest Ark.

It is fun! But productive...my life is not. Writing is just about the only thing I'm doing these days. One three hour class a week and then some of us are in a group outside every other week, plus writing over at my best friend's place on Sundays. But the rest of the week is just me at home procrastinating with things like fanart so that I don't have to rip my heart out onto the page. =)

I love your style, and the way you did his hair is neat and sort of unique. Nicely done, he looks so woeful!

And yeah, sitting around with tea and sketchbook for the entire weekend is the best feeling ever. :D

Thank you! I'm always a little shocked when people comment on my hair, because I have insane amounts of trouble drawing it o_o.

I know what you mean... I love drawing hair but I'm impatient so I rush and it never looks the way it does in my head. Bwah.

It's great work! Did you notice that it looks like Snape is standing in front of a cross? I'm not sure what that means to me subconsciously, but it emphasizes his anger. Lovely!

Thank you! Yeah, I didn't realize it was a sort of cross until I stepped back to look at the finished version, and it certainly wasn't intentional...After all, I'm not religious in any way o_o. But hey, if it works with the mood of the pic then I'm fine :D.

Haha, thank you! Maybe the weepiness was due to all his...bruises >D (It's so sick, but I had a lot of fun adding those o_o; I swear I'm not a sadist). I'm sorry to spread the angst, but glad that my art has some emotional depth. So thanks :D
